HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Once we receive your order, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. It may take up to 7-10 business days for shipping and final delivery. Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday, nor Holidays are NOT considered business days.

If there is a big holiday season in effect such as 'Black Friday/Cyber Monday,' your order processing and shipping can take an additional 5 business day, (10-15 business days total), so please take this in consideration when placing your orders and awaiting them to arrive. 

**Please note that we have warehouses all over the world for our accessory and/or apparel collections, therefore if you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times** Also due to COVID-19, please note that there may be some delays in postal delivery, which Posh Lady Company has no control over.


HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing our customer support team at service@poshladycompany.com. We will get back to you within 48 Hours. If you created a login, you should also be able to track your order for all cosmetic products by logging into your account and clicking on 'Order History.'

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
